How to Log in to a Learner Account as an Administrator

This tutorial demonstrates how to Login to a Learner's account as an Administrator.

1. This tutorial demonstrates how to Login to a Learner's account as an Admin

Open your LMS Site and click Admin > Users

2. Type the username in search box, click the search icon

3. Click on user to open their profile page

4. From user's profile page, click Get Login Code

5. Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the link. Open a different browser and paste the link. You will now be logged in as that user.

Important: If used in the same browser, information will display incorrectly and/or break.

6. Paste the link in a new browser and now you are logged in as that user.

7. That's it. You're done.
