Step 1: Open your LMS Site and click Admin

 

Step 2: Click Course Builder 

 

Step 3: Choose course with assessment to edit and Click Edit

 

Step 4: Choose step and Click Step

 

Step 5: Click Assessment Activity 

 

Step 6: Scroll down and click Edit Details 

 

Step 7: Scroll and click Edit Assessment

Step 9: Click Add Question 

 

Step 10: Scroll down and with your mouse, select Question Text field box
